Hours: 1.5 hours per day (lunch hour) – Monday through Friday
Compensation: $18.83 per hour
Responsibilities of the Program Supervisor:
Daily Tasks:
Address daily concerns of staff, parents, and students to ensure a secure environment. Escalate serious or recurring issues to the school administration. Serve as a communication bridge between the administration, parent community, educators, supervisors, and students. Oversee the scheduling of supervisors.Monthly Duties:
Conduct meetings and provide training for supervisors as necessary. Collaborate with school administration to interview candidates for supervisor roles. Inform parents about the services offered by the school lunch program.Required Qualifications:
Obtain a valid Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Records check. Commit to Kids Certification. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Exhibit strong organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimum of Grade 12 education (or equivalent experience) is required, along with clear communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions and possess the physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities.
