Job Title: Web Development Specialist

Hartmann Controls Corp. is seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize website concepts
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using a variety of software tools
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in web development and design
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Initiative and analytical skills
  • Accurate and organized
