Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Hartmann Controls Corp. as a Digital Solutions Designer.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand and document their Website requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Develop and implement information systems business solutions, leveraging expertise in software development and design.
- Provide strategic guidance on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Source and organize relevant information for Website development, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Create and optimize content using various graphics, database, animation, and other software tools, enhancing user experience.
- Research and evaluate interactive media software products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, driving continuous improvement.
- Perform security and quality controls, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our digital solutions.
- Accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Initiative in driving projects forward and finding solutions to complex problems.
- Organized approach to work, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
