Position: Demi Chef de Partie at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler

Location: Whistler, British Columbia

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Work Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with potential fluctuations between 30-40 hours depending on business needs

Openings: Multiple

Language Requirement: English

Compensation: $28.96 to $30.68 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food in accordance with guest orders
  • Maintain and care for kitchen equipment
  • Manage food waste effectively
  • Assist in addressing food cost issues
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Culinary education is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
  • A genuine passion for food
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Dedication to service excellence and teamwork
