Parts Specialist

Brandt is actively looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team at the Cranbrook Construction & Forestry location. This role is essential in aiding customers to find necessary components, offering pricing information, and managing online parts orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in effective problem-solving to address customer needs.
  • Handle the unloading, receiving, and proper storage of incoming parts and materials within the warehouse and yard.
  • Identify and locate parts and materials for shipping to customers and other branches.
  • Support branch service technicians as needed.
  • Execute inventory stock orders efficiently.
  • Make necessary adjustments to inventory and bin locations.
  • Thoroughly document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock details.
  • Utilize parts and warehousing equipment alongside computer systems proficiently.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to meet the physical demands associated with the parts and warehousing industry.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the parts industry is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of parts and warehousing operations is essential.
  • Journeyperson Certification is a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
