Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will:

  • Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans based on each guest's health assessment and individual needs.
  • Deliver outstanding service and create unforgettable experiences by surpassing guest expectations.
  • Utilize various massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage, to address specific client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of guests' conditions and progress after each session.
  • Ensure all spa areas are kept clean, organized, and in accordance with Mokara Spa standards.
  • Participate in all required training sessions and departmental meetings.
  • Adhere to all operational procedures established by Mokara Spa and Omni Hotels.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by spa management.

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
  • Proficient in various massage modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Guest-service oriented, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
