Job DescriptionAs a Massage Therapist at Mokara Spa, you'll provide guests with personalized massage treatments based on their needs and concerns. Your expertise will ensure memorable experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities:- Assess guests' conditions and recommend the most effective treatment plans according to Mokara Spa protocols and brand standards.
- Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage, with appropriate pressure for each guest's needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommend homecare products following each treatment.
- Document guests' conditions and progress after each session.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment according to Mokara Brand Standards, including reception, hospitality areas, lounge, changerooms, and treatment rooms.
- Participate in mandatory Spa Departmental and Omni Hotel meetings and trainings.
- Adhere to all Omni Hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by spa management.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Proficiency in various massage therapy modalities, including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Guest-service oriented, team player, positive, and friendly demeanor.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
