We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Nando's. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers and manage kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
