- Team Development: Collaborate with the training team and General Manager to recruit, train, and nurture a top-tier workforce.

- Business Growth: Drive revenue, identify profit enhancement opportunities, and expand market presence.
- Route Coordination: Manage scheduling, team assignments, and customer follow-ups effectively.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for customers, proactively communicating to set expectations and build positive relationships.
- Logistical Oversight: Ensure the fleet operates efficiently, strategically positioning resources to assist additional clients.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and organized leader capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities. You should have a proven history of managing teams in a rapidly evolving environment. Required qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years in Operations Management or Team Leadership.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to operate a truck (CDL not required).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- Availability for an average of 45+ hours weekly, operating Monday to Saturday.
- Proficiency with technology.
