Rolls-Rights Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of the organization, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, communicating with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations, and keeping track of shipments.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Logistics Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and coordinating traffic flow of supplies. They will work closely with the warehouse and production units to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be a key member of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure that all logistics operations are running smoothly. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and will be required to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
