Position Overview: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing multi-channel demand generation strategies aimed at driving qualified leads and fostering pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, be data-driven, and have a proven history of success in B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and meet revenue objectives.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, events, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage CRM platforms to enhance lead nurturing workflows, segmentation tactics, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, facilitating a smooth transition of leads.
  • Analyze data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of demand generation campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Work alongside product marketing, content marketing, and creative teams to develop impactful messaging and content that resonates with our target audience.

Qualifications:
