**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet sales targets
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
* Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise to ensure efficient inventory management
* Sell merchandise and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless store operations

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
* 3-4 people reporting directly to you
* Ability to work 40 hours per week
* Fluency in English
