About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 13025721 CANADA INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Cost Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability.

  • Culinary Instruction: Provide training and guidance to cooks on food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
  • Event Catering: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Equipment Management: Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain a well-maintained and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the highest quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire qualified staff to join our culinary team.
