Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced strategic sourcing manager to join our Strategic Sourcing Group team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global procurement strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of TD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global procurement strategies that meet TD's needs and those of its commercial partners.
  • Procurement Expertise: Possess extensive experience in procurement, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand the financial impacts of procurement decisions and cost structures.
  • Project Management: Possess experience in project management, including planning, execution, and tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in procurement, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in procurement, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
