Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the construction divisions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support field staff and provide career mentorship to ensure the development of a skilled and motivated team.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Manage logistics and resources to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • University or College degree in an applicable field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a management role within the road construction industry.
  • NCSO designation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driver's abstract (less than three convictions and less than 7 demerits).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
