Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tramm Enterprises Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to a high standard.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, ensuring that all new staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial aspects of the food service department are properly managed.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all financial and operational aspects of the food service department are properly tracked and managed.

  • Assists with Immediate Settlement Needs: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, such as housing, transportation, and storage, to ensure that they have the support they need to settle into their new community.
  • Supports Social and Labour Market Integration: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, such as facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training, to ensure that they have the support they need to integrate into their new community.
Support for Youths:
  • Participates in Government or Community Programs: Participates in government or community programs or initiatives that support youth employment, ensuring that our organization is committed to providing equal access and opportunities for all.
  • Offers On-the-Job Training: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Support for Veterans:
  • Participates in Government or Community Programs: Participates in government or community programs or initiatives that support Veterans, ensuring that our organization is committed to providing equal access and opportunities for all.
  • Offers Mentorship and Coaching: Offers mentorship and coaching to Veterans, ensuring that they have the support they need to transition into the civilian workforce.
