- Plan for Changes to Schedules and Policies: Analyze and implement changes to schedules and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize operations.
- Arrange for Shipping Documentation and Tracking: Oversee the preparation and submission of shipping documentation and tracking information to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Establish and Implement Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize operations.
- Oversee Scheduling and Dispatching: Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Oversee Transportation Service Rates and Revenue: Monitor and analyze transportation service rates and revenue to ensure optimal pricing and revenue streams.
- Record Cargo Information: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, including hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our freight traffic operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.Security and Safety
- Bondable: Ensure that all employees and contractors are bondable and meet the necessary requirements for working with our company.
- 1 year to less than 2 years: We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
