Key Responsibilities

  • Build approved creative/design layouts into technically sound production files for print and static digital applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Print Production Managers, Project Managers, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Retouchers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of print and digital production best practices, including composite retouching and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and work is done efficiently and accurately.
  • Pre-flight own work for technical accuracy and identify solutions to creative files that do not fit into required specs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an agency print studio.
  • Pharma/Healthcare experience is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI applications such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, and XD.
  • Excellent typesetting skills, strong attention to detail, and understanding of color theory.
