The Clinic

An innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. Our team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals, all specialized in attention difficulties, who work closely together under one roof to provide unified treatment.

The Role

As a psychologist, you will play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team:

  • Conduct assessments in line with your clinical experience and the business need (e.g., ADHD/Mental Health Psychoeducational ASD).
  • Provide clinical feedback to clients and/or family members.
  • Oversee Psychometry staff in line with the Clinic's assessment processes.
  • Participate in biweekly psychology meetings and monthly Clinic-wide meetings.
Commitment and Compensation

We are seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist to join our team:

  • 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).
  • In-person workdays will be negotiated, but will fall between Monday and Saturday, 9am-5pm.
  • Salary: $150,000 per year, pro-rated to reflect part-time schedule.
  • Includes benefits: Health, Dental, Vision.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological Associate).
  • Be registered with CPO as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Have authorized client populations that include Adults.
  • Have a minimum of 23 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Have clinical experience with a wide age range of clients with various mental health presentations.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Be comfortable with technology and have strong writing skills.
  • Have excellent client retention and rapport.
  • Have a progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it evolves.
