Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success at Miller Paving Limited (HO). We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing trends and variances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct financial analysis and research to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
