About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpet Installation Specialist to join our team at Golden Kol LTD. As a key member of our flooring installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality installations of carpeting on floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Floors: Inspect floors to be covered, measure and mark surfaces, and prepare floors for installations.
  • Carpet Installation: Measure, cut, and install carpeting on floors, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Underlay and Underpadding Installation: Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth and even surface.
  • Removal of Existing Floor Coverings: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare the floor for new installations.
  • Preparation of Flooring Plans and Scheduling: Prepare flooring plans and scheduling to ensure efficient and timely installations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpet installation or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
