Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our field operations, ensuring quality control, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Manage the field operations, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Lead and motivate our crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
  • Manage our budget, ensuring that we're operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the landscaping or lawn care industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on quality control and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
