Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Organize Planting and Maintenance: Plan and execute the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Provide technical advice to resolve work-related issues, ensuring that our properties are enhanced in value and functionality.
  • Schedule Work and Plan Labour and Materials: Develop and manage schedules, as well as estimate and plan for labour and materials required for projects.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Source and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Language: English
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
