Building Information Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to join our dynamic team at Century 21 MyPro Realty Inc.. This role involves creating detailed engineering designs and drawings that are essential for our projects.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
The position is primarily based in an interior setting, and candidates should be open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive engineering designs and drawings.
- Develop and finalize design sketches.
- Draft detailed specifications.
- Estimate costs and required materials.
- Compile complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and production specialists to define product requirements.
- AutoCAD Certification is required.
- Background in Civil Engineering Technology (CVT) is preferred.
- Proficient in manual drafting.
- Experience with shop drawings and presentation drawings.
- Experience with appliances and furniture design.
- Familiarity with presentation software.
- Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, particularly AutoCAD.
- Competence in MS Office and MS Windows.
- Expertise in 3D modeling.
- Specialization in cartographic drafting, general drafting, and building structures.
Public transportation options are readily available.
