Job Title: Building Information Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling Specialist to join our team at Century 21 MyPro Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing and preparing design sketches, writing specifications, estimating costs and materials, and completing documentation packages and drawing sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare engineering designs and drawings, develop and prepare design sketches, and write specifications.
  • Estimation and Documentation: Estimate costs and materials, and complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
  • Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors.
  • Collaboration: Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: AutoCAD Certification, Civil engineering technology (CVT).
  • Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows.
  • Specialization: 3D Modeling, Cartographic drafting, Drafting, Buildings and structures.
Work Environment:

Interior work site environment.

Work Setting:

Willing to relocate.
