  5. Tote Optimization: Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Customer Interaction: Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Safety and Food Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
