  • Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, including taking, canceling, and modifying room reservations.
  • Information Provider: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Checkout Process: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments accurately.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency and safety procedures at all times.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Assistance: Provide support to clients and guests with special needs.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to fulfill requested wake-up calls.
  • Housekeeping Support: Carry out light cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
