Portfolio Management Director

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Director, responsible for leading our Total Portfolio Management and Investment Analytics functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Total Portfolio Management: Design, implement, and manage the investment strategy and portfolio construction process for our CIBC Pension Plan.
- Investment Analytics: Provide leadership and technical support to operationalize analytical, modeling, and performance monitoring capabilities, as well as front-office risk management capabilities.
- Strategy & Portfolio Construction: Develop and recommend asset mix allocations to the CIO, providing engineered outcomes based on competing objectives and constraints.
- Analytics: Direct the employment of data methods, visualization, and analytics to develop dashboards and reports that identify and monitor key risk indicators, performance trends, and support the CIO's strategic and tactical investment decision making.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience within a large pension plan, endowment, investment/actuarial consultancy, or asset manager.
- Undergraduate degree in business, actuarial science, finance, accounting, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert knowledge of capital markets and public asset classes, including liquid alternatives.
