We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management Office Leader to join our team at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Test Department and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of test technicians and engineers to design, develop, and execute test programs and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations.
- Manage budgets and monitor department cost performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure qualified resources are available to meet production requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a multi-disciplinary, make-to-order defense industrial environment.
- Strong practical and theoretical understanding of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and controls, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design/develop test fixtures, test/data acquisition systems, and setup and execute test programs and procedures.
- Experience creating technical procedures, schematics/sketches, presentations, reports, and work instructions.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and interpret/analyze manufacturing schedules.
