Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to provide exceptional client service and support to our Advisory Team in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and efficient support.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, addressing account transactions, requests, and documentation.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to provide proactive client service, collaborating with internal and external partners as needed.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects, leveraging your passion for planning.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant client files and documentation.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
