About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Krystal Vision Optical Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales staff to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to maximize sales and minimize losses.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
