About the Role
  • Develop and implement quality control objectives for manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve root causes and corrective actions, working closely with engineering and production teams to optimize quality outcomes.
  • Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and associated documentation according to industry standards, ensuring seamless quality management.
  • Deploy quality tools, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to support various teams in achieving quality excellence.
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of quality excellence.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with a strong foundation in quality management principles.
  • Bilingual French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO/TS 16949 standards, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Key Characteristics, and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes, with experience in applying these principles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management best practices, with experience in optimizing quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, such as CMVSS, FMVSS, D 250, and CARB, with experience in ensuring compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and PowerBi, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel in Quebec and abroad, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Salary: $90k - $100k depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package, including full insurance and company-matched RRSP.
  • Weekday position with flexible hours, offering a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
