Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that all food and service meet our high quality and safety standards, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
Skills and QualitiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
