Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality and safety standards, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant management role

Skills and Qualities

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Language and Work Schedule
