3M is currently seeking Production Operators to enhance our Manufacturing division.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will leverage your curiosity and work alongside some of the most talented and diverse professionals globally. Your contributions will include:
- Ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation by adhering to established procedures and Lean principles to meet production targets.
- Conducting regular quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Gaining expertise in troubleshooting plant processes, performing equipment changeovers, and executing minor repairs as needed.
- Adapting to changing demands, products, and plant priorities to align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
To ensure your success in this role, 3M requires the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Must be a resident of Canada.
Additional qualifications that may enhance your candidacy include:
- Post-secondary education.
- Proven ability to achieve results independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
Work Environment:
This position is onsite, and may involve limited travel, including potential overnight stays.
