About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Executive to join our team at Iskcon Trading Inc. as a Senior Vice President of Operations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
