About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Security Guard to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing property regulations, and controlling access to entryways and exit points.
  • Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Protect clients' assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Manitoba security guard license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of security-related experience (asset).
  • First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle (asset).
  • Excellent customer service and resourcefulness.
  • Good adaptability.
