    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that tables are set and ready for service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
    • Answer questions regarding food and beverages in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the service staff to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
