About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biochemical Engineer to join our team at Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct thorough quality control on programs, procedures, and control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Product Development: Determine product specifications and establish new quality control programs and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate chemical process technology and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research into the development or improvement of chemical engineering processes, reactions, and materials to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Design and Testing: Design and test chemical processing and associated plants and equipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction, modification, operation, and maintenance of pilot plants, processing units, or processing plants to ensure timely completion and within budget.
