About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, including burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
    • Package and wrap food items for take-out and delivery.
    • Serve customers at the counter and ensure that they have a positive experience.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
    • Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-44 hours per week.
