About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at O/A Subway restaurant. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food items to order, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, as well as maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
