About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team at Global Relay. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Assume ownership of the IAM product line and lead the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and Stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Agile Methodologies: Attend daily stand-ups, refine the backlog, plan sprints, and monitor progress.
  • Communication: Collaborate with senior product management, sales, support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage the component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Leadership: Lead the strategic development of new features and enhancements with ownership and development of a product roadmap.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of the platform components and how they interact with the rest of the platform.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Skills: Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modeling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Enterprise Software: Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS).
