Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Vice-Provost for Academic Affairs to join our team at OCAD University. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and significant experience in higher education administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for academic programs and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support academic excellence and student success.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Work Setting

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a hybrid environment, with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
