We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps professional to join our Broker Hosting Service team at Intact. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in the expansion, deployment, architecture, automation, and optimization of our Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (and Azure if possible) platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
- Perform Linux and windows system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
- Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of cloud resources. Optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and Linux systems. Provide support for incident management and root cause analysis.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes.
- 3-5 years experience in a Cloud Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of access and authentication services: IAM, IdP, SAML, RBAC, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git systems: GitLab.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools: Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
- AWS certifications are highly desired.
- Experience with Azure is highly recommended.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft 365 is an asset.
- Experience in a hybrid cloud environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Provide technical support to clients using cloud product interfaces, solutions, and application programs (APIs).
- Availability for on-call support (rotation).
- Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
