We are seeking a dedicated and experienced clinical supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support clinical personnel through individual and group supervision sessions.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure that clinical outcomes align with our organizational standards and practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong clinical expertise and sound judgment, with a trauma-informed perspective.
- In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic and counselling techniques, particularly short-term, solution-focused approaches.
- Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues, substance use disorders, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with legal obligations related to mandatory reporting and duty to warn.
- Exceptional skills in both individual and group clinical supervision.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to proactively address challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Awareness of community resources related to clinical matters and experience working within diverse populations.
- Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Education and Experience
- Master's degree in psychotherapy, social work, psychology, or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of clinical practice.
- 2-5 years of experience in providing clinical supervision to individuals and groups is preferred.
- Experience in delivering therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups across a range of clinical issues.
- Preferred experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), short-term problem resolution, or crisis line services.
- Knowledge or experience in Workplace Mental Health or Psychological Health & Safety is advantageous.
- Registration as an RCC, CCC, or RSW is mandatory.

- Successful completion of a criminal record check.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status will be required.
