Your Role

We are seeking a Manager to join our International Tax division, responsible for the following:

  • Engaging in the delivery of tax services to our clientele, particularly within our expanding public company sector.
  • Continuously enhancing your understanding of taxation principles and adeptly applying your expertise to client situations.
  • Developing innovative and practical tax solutions for clients, including the preparation and review of tax reorganizations and returns.
  • Conducting tax consulting activities, which encompass advising on international expansion, assisting with tax disputes, preparing tax memoranda, and researching complex tax issues.
  • Participating in business development efforts and identifying new opportunities with current clients.
  • Maintaining effective communication with team members regarding project updates and challenges.
  • Contributing to the training of staff and investing in the professional growth of your team.

Your Qualifications

  • You hold a Canadian CPA designation and have completed your In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of Tax.
  • You bring 5 or more years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax.
  • You possess a robust understanding of Canadian and International Tax regulations.
  • You have a comprehensive grasp of relevant tax legislation, corporate tax compliance, and strategic planning.
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and precision in your work.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
