Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the creation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve marketing campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision
  • Manage a team of 11-15 individuals.
  • Oversee staff across various areas of responsibility.
