Macao Imperial Tea is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items for customers.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare foodstuffs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with efficiency.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
