Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 people, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and cost products and services.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
