GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Facilitator. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional support and assistance during the screening process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage with passengers who require additional support, offering assistance with their belongings and explaining the screening process in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with Screening Officers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient screening experience for all passengers.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the screening process.
- Stay up-to-date on disability-related initiatives and best practices, with a focus on those in the transportation sector.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in both French and English.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, with a focus on providing physical support to passengers with reduced mobility.
