Rental Operations Manager

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Rental Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental properties, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and plan for future growth.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in database software, electronic mail, and spreadsheet applications.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
